Idaliz H. Guiraud is a Panamanian attorney and the Founder and Managing Partner of Guiraud Law, a Panama City-based international law firm serving globally oriented individuals, investors, and businesses.
Her practice includes immigration, real estate, banking, commercial law, taxation, trade, and wealth structuring. She assists international clients in navigating the legal aspects of investing, acquiring real estate, establishing residency, and structuring their interests within Panama.
Idaliz holds a Degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua and a postgraduate qualification in management from Universidad Panamericana. She is a member of Panama’s Colegio Nacional de Abogados and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Luigi serves as President of Caye International Bank and sits on several international advisory boards across financial technology, wealth management, education, and asset protection. His academic background includes a PhD from the International School of Management in Paris and an MBA in International Business from the MIB Trieste School of Management.
An accomplished author and financial thought leader, his publications include The Digital Banking Revolution.
